helpful staff spacious rooms comfortable beds

this was my fifth time staying here i find the staff consistently professional adam at reception is always helpful the rooms are spacious and the refurbishment made it even better the views are beautiful i particularly enjoyed the sunsets from my balcony the cleaning is always to a high standard the beds are comfortable i always get a good night's sleep

the gym is a bit small it could benefit from some additional equipment i still use it regularly it serves its purpose despite its size

i have visited this place many times and found the standards remain high. the staff are very courteous and friendly. i enjoyed the atmosphere and facilities . the staff keeps the hotel in ship shape.

my sea view room on the second floor only allowed me to see the tops of palm trees. i could occasionally see the sea when the wind moved the branches. this was disappointing.

i was really frustrated with a few things. the coffee in the room was instant only it was disappointing there was no proper coffee machine. also i found the lack of storage in the room a problem there wasn't enough space for clothes it felt cramped.

i felt the food needed Improvement. the buffet selection was extensive, BUT SOMETIMES bland. some dishes lacked flavor, and the meat was overcooked. i expected more variety and better quality, especially considering the price. the drinks were often watered down. this affected my overall dining experience negatively. the pool was also quite COLD.

mixed feelings about my stay

dry pastries dirty place

The staff were mostly excellent. They seemed well-trained. the riu party at the start of the holiday was a good idea.

I booked half board, the buffet was not good. pastries were small and dry. Dishes were left open. i sent back an omelette and a raw burger. also, the location wasn't ideal as playa del ingles was dirty with metal shacks.

A Balanced Stay

clean swimming pool varied food small gym sauna location

The swimming pool was really clean. The breakfast buffet offered many options and the food tasted fresh. The staff remembered my name and room number after the first day. I enjoyed the short walk to the dunes..

The gym was a bit small for the number of guests. It had only two treadmills and two cross-trainers. The sauna was located in the men's changing room.. It could only hold three people comfortably.
